Reflexology
Baby Reflexology is thought in the baby massage class but it
can be shown to you separately from the regular classes.
Reflexology is the use of pressure points on the foot that correspond with the body. This is performed very gently in the infant massage by putting light pressure on the sole of the feet. Infants can become very relaxed when having their feet massaged.
Baby reflexology can be very useful in helping parents deal with such problems as:

digestive problems (wind, colic, constipation)

irregular sleeping pattern

sinus problems

chest problems

if the baby has had any surgery

re occurring infections e.g. ear, nose, throat
When reflexology is shown to you the parent you have the power to use it everyday and as problems arise, and the beauty of reflexology is that it is non intrusive
