We are all trying to be more active at the moment to distract ourselves from what is going on in the world. Sometimes we can dive head first into exercise and especially walking without any thought for the effect and impact on our body.
You may not suffer from aches or pains initially but over time you will feel the effects of exercising without adequate stretching or warming up.
In my video below it talks about the importance of warming up and the importance of releasing out the hips in particular, that takes into account the hip joint, hip abductors and lower back.
There are so many different types of stretches but I just picked a few that are easily down just before you run out the door. So no excuses!
